What is included?
All picnics include picnic blankets, low tables, pillow seating, decorative lanterns, thoughtfully designed table decor based on your Theme of choice, plates, utensils, drinkware, cloth napkins, hand sanitizer, a Bluetooth speaker, and your custom message on our message board. All picnics include at least 2 hours of time. Food is not included.
Only high quality shatterproof glassware and plates are provided. No single use disposable products are used.
Additional Add-Ons to enhance your picnic are available, such as a floral arch with your choice of banner (Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, Oh Baby, Miss to Mrs); a styled bar cart (stocked with water pitcher/dispenser, a bottle of sparkling juice, extra glasses/flutes, ice bucket); a lace teepee; a fringe umbrella; and a games package (cornhole, giant connect four, giant Jenga, giant dominoes, and card games).
What should I do for food?
We focus on the setup and ambiance; food is not included. Most clients who are hosting parties at home choose to serve buffet style, by having guests help their plates at a separate buffet table, then return to the picnic to enjoy their food. Other clients enjoy their favorite takeout or food delivery, catering, or self-pack their own personalized options.

Where can I have my picnic?
We set up on private properties of all kinds! Popular locations include backyards, patios, gardens, docks, porches, and vacation rentals/Airbnbs. Indoor setups are encouraged as well. We always recommend having an indoor backup plan in the event of rain!
Public park bookings can be considered on a case by case basis. Client is responsible for securing any permits required. It is important to remember that most public parks do not allow alcoholic beverages, and close at sunset. Any park bookings must adhere to park rules, and picnic end time must allow ample time for cleanup (usually about 90 minutes) before the park closes.
We do not set up in remote areas that are far from parking, or where a hike would be required to reach the picnic spot, at our discretion.
What does the day of my picnic look like?
We will arrive early to set up your picnic before your agreed-upon start time. At the start time, we leave and the picnic is yours to enjoy! We will return at the agreed-upon end time to clean up. If in a public park, please do not under any circumstances leave your picnic unattended . If you need to request more time, or need to leave early, you will be given a contact number to text us. We will do our best to accomodate your request!
Where in Northeast Georgia can my picnic be held?
Our picnic experiences come to you within 30 miles of Winder, Georgia. This service area includes the cities of Athens, Braselton, Hoschton, Auburn, Jefferson, Gainesville, Watkinsville, Monroe, Bethlehem, Buford, Dacula, Loganville, Grayson, Lawrenceville, and others.
We are happy to consider bookings more than 30 miles away, subject to availability, with an additional travel fee. Mileage is calculated based on GPS route, not as the bird flies. Please contact us regarding the location you have in mind!
How do I book my luxury picnic?
Reach out through our Contact page to select your date and preferences. Once your picnic is approved, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. The remaining 50% balance is due 48 hours before your agreed upon start time. We do not set up your picnic if it is not paid in full 48 hours before the event.
How is pricing determined?

We currently accept all payments through Venmo.
What is your cancellation policy?
At least 48 hours advance notice must be given in order to reschedule your picnic to a future date (subject to availability) at no charge. Picnics cannot be cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the start time.
What if the weather doesn't cooperate?
Georgia weather can be unpredictable, therefore an indoor backup plan is always strongly recommended. If you choose not to have an indoor alternative plan, then 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your picnic at no charge to a future date (subject to availability).
What if my group is late?
Your start time and end time are agreed upon in advance, and will begin whether your party is present or not. You will be given a contact number to text if you would like to request more time.
